Our cut-to-length cutting machine is mainly used for the quantitative cutting of silicone tube, PVC hose, silicone strip, silicone sheet and other soft strip and tube materials.
Can cut tubes automatically with even cut and precise length as requested.

• Our cut-to-length cutting machine adopts servo traction, cutting the size of precision, the average error of each within 0.5mm;
• Our cut-to-length cutting machine adopts PLC+ industrial touch screen control, simple operation, intuitive data, according to the requirements of various non-standard custom.
• Our cut-to-length cutting machine has a prefeed system to ensure that the pipe does not pull when cutting, effectively ensuring the cutting precision.
• Vertical cutting blade design, cutting surface is neat. Thus the cut off strip can be connected in a circle without  addtional processing.
• Conventional art blade is used for easy replacement and low cost.
• The front light control induction switch can adjust cutting speed freely according to the speed of incoming material. It can be connected with the production line synchronously to reduce the number of workers.
